Preparation

Surface to be sound, smooth, clean and free from dust, loose matter, oil, grease or other contaminants.

Fill all joints, gaps, internal corners and penetrations with Chemind Chembond modified mortar.

Use Chemind Chemflex LM polyurethane sealant to fill joints.

Procor®75 may be applied to green or damp concrete.

Application

Priming

To reduce out-gassing on highly porous or rough surfaces, apply one coat of Chemind Primer W or Chemind Epocote F100W clear sealer at 5 - 7 m2/litre and allow to dry.

Detailing

Detail all internal corners, outlets and penetrations with an applied 200 mm wide strip of Procor® 75. It should be centred over the joint or detail to give a 1.0 mm DFT.

Application of Continuous Membrane

Apply Procor® 75 uniformly to the surface so as to achieve a minimum dry film (DFT) of 1.0 - 1.5 mm.

NOTE

Coverage

Coverage will vary according to surface texture and porosity. Minimum total usage for a 547 litre set of Procor®75 will be approximately 330 m2 at 1.5 mm DFT.

Shelf Life

Unopened or resealed pails of Procor® will have a shelf life of 9 months from date of manufacture, when stored in a dry, cool place.

Surfacing

Procor®75 is not UV resistant but can be quickly covered with the following specific surfacing or protective systems.

Clean-up

Maintain equipment in accordance with manufacturer’s instructions. Tools may be soaked in paint stripper to remove any cured membrane coating. Please review all MSDS before use.

Packaging

Procor®75 is packed in 547 litre sets for application by special plural component spraying equipment supplied by Chemind Construction Products.
