"PYRORAP"- The intumescent wrap for plastic pipe systems.
Pyrorap is on intumescent wrap contained
in a plastic bag and is designed to intumesce under fire conditions for nominal
bore uPVC pipes from 40-100mm. It is designed for core-hole or block-out applications.
Under fire conditions the Pyrorap will prevent the passage of flames and hot gases penetrating through "fire rated floors and walls" providing a fire resistant barrier for up to four hours.
Application
Pyrorap has been designed especially for core-hole, block-out and retro-fit applications and is a cost effective, labour saving alternative for the fire rating of uPVC pipes.

"M4" FIRE RESISTANT MORTAR
Pyropanel "M4" Fire Resistant Mortar
is a water based. lightweight, high insulation mortar, which provides a fire
barrier for up to four (4) hours for openings with building service penetrations.
"M4" Fire Resistant Mortar contains no toxic or smoke producing materials
and is water resistant after curing. 
Application
"M4" Fire Resistant Mortar is used to reinstate concrete floor openings around building services such as electrical cables, metal or copper pipes and cable trays.
Packaging
20 Kilogram bags.
Mixing Instructions
Mix with water as instructed on package. Provide form work under opening and trowel in mortar. Leave form work for at least 24 hours.

PYROPANEL FIRE PILLOWS
Pyropanel fire pillows contain non-combustible rockwool in a woven fabric cover.
Application
To provide optimum fire protection the pillows must be firmly packed into the opening by compressing each pillow to approximately 30 mm thick. All voids must be filled with Multiflex sealant to a depth of 50 mm.

Designed with a dust proof inner polyethylene bag and outer covering of distinctively marked polyurethane bag. Intumex PS pillows are recommended for use in penetrations up to a maximum of 0.5m2 area.

Pyropanel Multiflex sealant is a one component, general purpose fire resistant sealant for construction joints and the sealing of service penetrations in plasterboard, concrete floors and masonry wall constructions.
When cured, Multiflex provides an elastic flexible seal which will permit 30% compression, 20% extension and sheet movement egual to 20% of the gap width, and a total joint movement capability of 50%.
Application 
Multiflex sealant is an efficient and economical sealant ideally suited for joints and gaps in the building and construction industry. When combined with PyropanelB FR Boa rd, Thermacheck Fire Pillows or Pyrosleeve Fire Collars, Multiflex can be used to prevent the spread of fire and smoke through walls and floors. ·
Acoustic capabilities
An added feature of Multiflex is its acoustic capabilities, where it has achieved an acoustic rating of 56 STC at the Acoustics Testing Services Department at the University of Auckland, New Zealand.
